This is also why we last week invited all our employees to meet for a 3 day conference in Rome to finally bring all employees together and truly become the Kindred Group!

Getting 1,000+ employees to Rome was quite the challenge, but we realise the value this brings and experiencing coming together as Kindred for the first time with our entire team made it all worth it!
As always, our customers come first which is why we set up a fully equipped office with 84 workstations for our Customer Service and Player Safety teams, ensuring our customers got the same high level of service as always!
During the days together in Rome, we explored our purpose and our strategic intent, we learned more about what the future may hold and we talked about how to always perform as a number 1 team. We also spent an afternoon in the centre of Rome where we carried out a massive team building, taking over Rome with 65 groups of Kindred staff!
On the second day, employees from all offices came together to set up a great Kindred Expo, displaying all of the great things our Group has to offer and we had a special Kindred area by the pool where employees could get Kindrefied! We ended the week with a big K Party at a historic Italian venue where the great DJ Sam Feldts joined us to make the party one to remember!The Kindred Group today consists of 1,000+ employees spread over 10+ offices and 12 consumer facing brands who are all instrumental to our success.
