Welcome to register for Kindred Group’s EGM which will be held at 10 CEST, Wednesday 17 May 2023.

On this page you will find the EGM notice including information regarding relevant agenda points. Please use the link below to register your attendance at the EGM no later than 23:59 CEST on Tuesday 9 May 2023.

If you are a shareholder and wish to vote at the EGM, but will not attend the EGM in  person, you find the Proxy form used for voting on this page.  Please follow the instructions on the link below to vote and please note that votes needs to be received no later than Tuesday 9 May 2023.
