In accordance with the approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 12 September 2005, 2,400,000 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each have been issued as part consideration for the acquisition of the entire share capital of Global Leisure Partners Ltd. The number of ordinary shares, which will be in issue following this exercise, will be 28,125,092 with a par value of 0.5p.
