Unibet Group plc has, in accordance with the approval at the AGM on 25 April 2007, granted options on 180,017 shares to senior management and key employees.
Granting date is 28 September 2007.
The exercise date on these options will be 1 - 15 November 2010.
If all these issued share options are exercised, the increase in the company's share capital will correspond to 0.63% of the share capital after dilution.
Also considering previously issued options, the aggregate dilution amounts to 1.68% of the share capital after dilution.
This is calculated after adjusting for 88,831 options lapsing due to leavers.
