A month has passed since we moved into our new state-of-the-art office in one of Malta’s prime locations, Tigné Point. It’s been such a positive change for us all, joining our two offices into One Kindred Team.
The move has not only been great from a culture perspective, but the office itself is equipped with top modern technology and facilities. We have an outstanding AV system ranging throughout 47 meeting rooms, spread across 5,200 sqms on three floors. With a fully-fledged industrial kitchen serving 1,000 meals a day, we ensure our people feel energized and satisfied at all times. We also have a big entertainment space with various games situated in our hub area, creating a great vibe for fun and friendly socializing with people from all teams and departments. Other perks include a yoga room, a gym membership and access to our very own beach club lounge at Pearl Beach!
We are already feeling the great benefits of being joined together under one roof. Our new office has enabled better team work, project management and increased operational efficiency. Bringing everyone together in Malta has also had a huge positive impact on all employees. Their motivation and commitment is sky high.
