Since 2012, our Player Safety – Early Detection System (PS-EDS) provides data that alerts our Responsible Gambling team if a customer shows signs of harmful behaviour. Initially PS-EDS detected financial markers of harm, but in 2021 we introduced behavioural markers of harms since they precede the financial ones. Examples on behavioural markers of harms are chasing losses and winnings, declined deposits, reversed withdrawals, or excessive time spent betting or browsing our platforms.

When a customer is detected by PS-EDS, he/she is approached proactively by the Responsible Gambling Team to ensure accurate support as early as possible to minimise the risk of gambling disorder.
We want to offer our customers a fun and safe gambling experience at all time, and our PS-EDS is continuously reviewed and improved, involving research and technological development.
