On 12 May, under the rules of Unibet’s option schemes no. 1 and 5 for senior executives, 160,975 share options were exercised. The number of ordinary shares, which will be in issue following this exercise, will be 6,431,273 with a par value of GBP 0.02. In connection with this exercise, Unibet has received GBP 648,580, which has, in full, been taken to equity. On the same day, Unibet’s CEO Pontus Lesse has sold 107,812 SDRs in Unibet Group plc. After this transaction Pontus Lesse holds 64,688 SDRs in the company.
