New date for Unibet’s Year end report – 20 February 2008

Unibet Group plc announces that it has decided to delay the announcement of its fourth quarter and full year results from Wednesday 13 February 2008 to Wednesday 20 February 2008 at 07.30 (CET).

The delay is primarily a result of the significant increased complexity of the group following the acquisition of Maria Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries immediately before the year end. The Board wants the best assurance that the un-audited fourth quarter announcement will not be subject to material changes in the annual report.


On the same day, Wednesday 20 February 2008, Unibet’s CEO Petter Nylander and CFO and deputy CEO Ragnar Hellenius will host a presentation in English at FinancialHearings, Operaterrassen in Stockholm at 09.00 (CET).
