Ragnar Hellenius has decided to step down as CFO for the Unibet Group

Henrik Tjärnström taking over as interim CFO with effect from 31 March 2008.

“Ragnar Hellenius has been with the group since March 2007. Ragnar Hellenius contribution in connection with the Maria Holdings acquisition has been very valuable. Unibet would like to thank Mr. Hellenius for his contribution during a hectic and eventful year”, says Petter Nylander Unibet CEO.

“We are on track with our financial targets for 2010 and will continue the organic growth strategy with focus on maximizing profits. The company will not focus on any major acquisitions but potentially minor in the short term future,” says Petter Nylander

Henrik Tjärnström is 37 years old and a Swedish citizen. He holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology, Linköping University, Sweden. He has previously held a position as Senior Financial Manager at Skanska Infrastructure Development AB. Henrik Tjärnström has been a Unibet board member since 2003 and a member of the Unibet audit committee since 2004.
