Today, at the Extraordinary General Meeting, shareholders approved the proposed change of the name of the Company from Unibet Group plc to Kindred Group plc and that the Memorandum of Association of the Articles of Association be amended so as to reflect such change of name.
The first trading day with the new name will be Monday 12 December 2016.
