Maris Catania, Kindred Group’s responsible gambling expert, is nominated to one of the most important awards on the international gambling scene, iGaming Business’ list of the Most Influential Women in gambling 2020.
For the third consecutive year, iGaming Business has presented its list of the Most Influential Women in the gambling industry. Following last year’s “Bubbling under: the next five”, Kindred’s Head of Responsible Gambling and Research, Maris Catania, this time steps up as one of the industry’s most influential women. With the ongoing pandemic and the effect it has on women and men balancing work life with family, iGaming Business have made it clear that it is even more important to celebrate those women who are having a significant influence on our industry.

Responsible Gambling, RG, has changed from an area that no one really spoke about, or gave any importance to, to a topic that is now on top of the agenda for some. Being recognised for the RG work done is obviously humbling, but it would be great if we saw that Responsible Gambling is part of everyone’s agenda.
