I’m pleased to report back on a project I’ve been working on for the last couple of years. Namely the introduction of an all-employee share plan to the Kindred Group.
Nearly 200 employees took a bet on Kindred a while ago taking a three-year bonus scheme as shares rather than cash.
They received an uplift of c.50% and we’re proud to have enlarged our group of employees who are owners.
We’re also proud to have rolled out a new all-employee scheme that means every employee and every new joiner receives a share award in Kindred.
